Barbershop quartet singing
is simply 4-part vocal harmony, no strings [or instruments] attached. Matt is the tenor, Tom sings lead, Bob is the bass, and Stu sings the baritone part. When we're singing the same song at the same time, it sounds pretty good! Click HERE for a short sample in which Matt starts, then Tom joins in, then Stu, and Bob brings in the 4th 'hello', or HERE for a 'tag' with the start order reversed. We've been together as a quartet for over two years, and have sung at weddings, birthday parties, anniversary parties, holiday parties, fairs, festivals, ceremonies, and other events, as well as some non-events when singing seemed the right thing to do.
